This traditional amulet known as a patri has been embossed with 'the divine footprints'. In Hindu tradition these footprints symbolise the protective presence of the divine, guiding the wearer on a path of righteousness, luck and prosperity.
The amulet is strung along a delicate line of finely-cut black spinel beads looped together with 3 microns of 18 carat gold plated silver.
Our jewellery is set in silver, plated in 18 carat gold vermeil. The plating is equivalent to 3 microns of gold.
