Returns & Refunds
While we hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, we appreciate there may be occasions when you wish to return items. To start a return, please email us in the first instance at shop@opiumshop.co.uk to advise that you wish to return the item. You should then return the item in its original packaging along with a copy of the receipt to the following address :-

Items must be returned within 21 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. Duing the Christmas period, we extend this returns period to 28 days. You will be issued with a credit note for any items returned after this time. Please ensure all items are packaged sufficiently to withstand delivery. The items must be returned in their original condition, unused and unworn to be eligible for a refund or credit. We recommend that you use insured signed for delivery and retain the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as special orders or personalized items.
