When you click on 'Purchase' at the checkout, you offer to buy the items at the prices indicated. including any delivery charges that apply to your purchase. All orders will be subject to these conditions.
When you submit your order, you will immediately be notified of this by email.
Delivery Of Order
Your order should arrive within 4 days within the UK and Channel Islands. Please do contact us at our shop on 02077950700 if you feel there has been a delay on the delivery.
Guaranteed delivery dates will not apply if, when or before we accepted your order, we told you that we could not deliver on time and you decided to proceed or, we fail to deliver on time for reasons beyond our control.
Our current delivery methods are:
CLICK & COLLECT FROM SHOP - FREE. We are open Monday to Saturday from 10.00am until 6.30pm, Sundays from 12.00 noon until 5.00pm. You may collect your order from the shop during these hours, free of charge.
UK - First Class Signed For (1-3 working days) - £4.95 on orders upto £100
UK - Signed for/Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivey - Free on Orders over £100
SAME DAY COURIER (London only) - £15
EUROPE - International Delivery - £8.95

Online Purchase Returns
While we hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, we appreciate that there may be occasions when you wish to return items. Simply complete the returns form that was included with your order, enclose it with the items and post back to:

Items must be returned within 21 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. Duing the Christmas period, we extend this returns period to 28 days. You will be issued with a credit note for any items returned after this time. Please ensure all items are packaged sufficiently to withstand delivery. The items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund or credit. We recommend that you use insured registered delivery and retain the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Descriptions
Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of colour reproduction, colour may vary in accordance with the settings of your screen monitor, software, or printer. As most items are handmade from natural materials, there will be slight variations from item to item.
Errors
In the event that an Opium product is listed at an incorrect price due to technical error or error in pricing information, Opium shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. Opium shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Opium shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
General
No order is binding on you or Opium until we have accepted it. You will own the items we supply you upon payment in full of the price of the items and any delivery charge and from the point when they are given to the postal/carriage company, whichever is later.
